We're huge supporters of the concept of a 'screen free childhood', and one of the protests we've had from our children is that they need the phone in their bedroom to wake them up in the morning.

They are easy to read and promote an understanding of analogue time-telling in younger children - and of course, negate the need for a phone alarm in their rooms when they are a little older.
